Teenager Classes at Bromley Self Defence
Our teenager classes involve being taught boxing skills, Kickboxing, MMA and self defence techniques that are used to escape headlocks, arm grabs, strangles etc. We do have options for those wanting to compete in Kickboxing.
Social skills such as good manners, eye contact, and public speaking are developed in each lesson.
Overall we aim to teach self defence, respect and consideration, discipline, goal setting, concentration and stranger danger, through a FUN and innovative learning approach.
These classes have been specially designed for teenagers, to help them relieve stress and get fit in a fun and enjoyable environment. The teenage class is not too demanding on the body and does not require extreme flexibility.
This Martial Arts class will help students deal with all of life’s pressures. Its focus is on getting you in shape and relieving stress and teaching you effective and practical self defence in a safe and peaceful environment.
The classes teach all aspects of self defence starting with awareness and avoidance through to street weapon defence and multiple attackers.
